I am a seasoned real estate professional with a robust history in the industry. I earned my Texas Real Estate broker’s license in 1973 and began my journey by purchasing my first rental property in 1975. Since then, I have continuously owned and managed residential properties. In 1978, I completed my first residential restoration project, and by 1992, I expanded into commercial real estate with a 27,000-square-foot multi-tenant warehouse.

Over the years, I have acquired and managed over 250,000 square feet of multi-tenant industrial, retail, and office buildings, including three retail strip centers in Granbury. My portfolio currently includes investments in over 800 apartment units. Additionally, in the early 90s, I acquired a residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction company. Following the 2008 real estate collapse, I successfully focused on buying, restoring, and flipping residential properties across North Texas.

Today, I own and manage a diverse range of real estate properties for both myself and my clients. With extensive experience at the closing table, I possess a deep understanding of the real estate acquisition and sales process. My construction expertise is invaluable for assessing the condition and value of properties.

I take pride in being a deal maker and expert negotiator. My extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate sets me apart. I have served 12 years as a city councilman, gaining insights into planning and platting, and six years as treasurer on the Board of Directors in DeCordova, providing me with significant knowledge of HOA operations.
